Articles for Tarot World Magazine

Articles Tarot World Magazine is searching for:

  1. Birth Cards 101 (1000-1200 words, June 3rd 2008) – an introduction to calculating birth cards.
  2. Distant Learning of Tarot (1000-1200 words, June 3rd 2008) – writer should have taken or taught both a tele-course and a web or email course.  Goal is to give pros and cons of each method and give criteria for choosing a class.
  3. Goddess Decks (1200-1600 words, September 3rd 2008) – a survey of the major Goddess based Tarot decks on the market today and what makes them unique.
  4. Picking a child’s first deck (1000-1200 words, September 3rd 2008) – this is a guideline on helping a child choose a good first deck of their own for Tarot.
  5. Legacy of the Golden Dawn (1500-2000 words, December 3rd 2008) – what did this organization do to change to world of Tarot.  How does it affect us today?
  6. One Boy’s Journey (1000-1200 words, December 3rd 2008) – what was it like as a boy growing up with a love of Tarot.

Articles & Spreads

The 2009 Articles & Spreads theme is Water Cards. It will include journal style articles about each of the water cards, 13 original spreads and even more articles about Tarot. The Articles & Spreads Editor, Janet Boyer is still looking for both regular articles and journal articles.
